Coastal Edge Roofing was founded by Chase Baldwin, a Florida roofing contractor with over a decade of industry experience and a third-generation background in construction. In 2023, Chase brought that experience together into Coastal Edge Roofing — a fresh, customer-first roofing company built specifically for Northeast Florida homeowners. He treats every client like an extension of his own family, making sure their homes are protected with the same care he'd want for his own.
Since then, we've completed 150+ roofing projects across Jacksonville, St. Johns, Durbin, Nocatee, and the surrounding coastal communities — always with the same commitment: honest assessments, quality materials, and a crew that shows up when they say they will.

Coastal Edge Roofing was founded by Chase Baldwin, a Florida roofing contractor with over a decade of industry experience and a third-generation background in construction. Chase has called Jacksonville home for over 20 years. It's where he met and married his wife, Tabitha. In 2023, Chase brought his experience together into Coastal Edge Roofing, a fresh, customer-first roofing company built specifically for Northeast Florida homeowners. Following in his grandfather's footsteps, Chase played golf professionally and was a member of the UNF golf team in college, a passion he still carries today. Faith and family come first for Chase, and he attends Eleven22 Church. Outside of work, he's dad to Cooper, Callie, and Connor. Coaching Connor's flag football team, helping Cooper build skills across football and other sports, and cheering Callie on after she just made her middle school volleyball team. Chase also loves collecting sports trading cards with his kids.

Morgan handles roofing sales for Coastal Edge, spending his days out inspecting roofs and walking Northeast Florida homeowners through their options. An Atlantic Beach local, he's a proud member of the Volunteer Life Saving Corps in Jacksonville Beach, which is a historic organization that reflects his deep roots in the Beaches community. Before roofing, Morgan founded Come Sit Stay Dog Training, helping hundreds of Jacksonville-area families build stronger relationships with their dogs. Outside of work, he's a husband to Whitney and dad to Kinsley and Otto, currently coaching Otto's tee-ball team and helping Kinsley run her theater lines. The family spends as much time outdoors as possible: surfing, snorkeling, exploring Florida's natural springs, Disney, and cheering on the Jaguars. DUUUVAL!

Tina serves as production manager for Coastal Edge Roofing, keeping every job running smoothly behind the scenes, from permitting and material ordering to scheduling crews and inspections. Her attention to detail and organization is what keeps projects on track from start to finish for Northeast Florida homeowners, and it's no surprise she brings that same care to the company as Chase's mom, making Coastal Edge Roofing a true family business through and through. Outside the office, Tina is happiest with her hands busy, whether she's crafting, making her own body butter, or out on the water fishing. She's also often found on the golf course or cheering on football with family and friends. Above all, Tina is a proud mom to three grown boys and grandmother to eight grandchildren, a role she calls the greatest blessing of her life.

Tabitha is the office manager behind the scenes at Coastal Edge Roofing, handling everything from customer inquiries and admin to marketing, and community relations, making sure every homeowner who reaches out gets taken care of and every job runs smoothly behind the scenes. Born in Jacksonville and raised throughout the Beaches area, Tabitha is a second-generation Fletcher High School grad with deep roots here. She comes from a big family that's mostly stayed in Jacksonville, and people joke they're always meeting someone related to her. She's also the owner of Jax Mini Sessions Studio, a portrait photography business, which has given her a natural eye for connecting with people and telling a business's story well, something that carries directly into how she handles Coastal Edge's marketing and community relationships. Outside of work, Tabitha is mom to Cooper, Callie, and Connor, and two doodles, Caia and Cruiser. She loves nothing more than quiet beach life with her family.
